Data subjects have the right to:

  • request rectification or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data,

  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Whistleblower Protection (Internal Reporting System)

Statement on the Implementation of the Internal Reporting System

We comply with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law, as well as with Act No. 171/2023 Coll.
The purpose is to prevent unlawful conduct, ensure the protection of whistleblowers and other affected persons from retaliation, and ensure the effective operation of the internal reporting system.


Policy for Preventing Unlawful Conduct

The employer considers the prevention of unlawful conduct a fundamental priority. It is in the interest of the employer and all individuals involved in its operations that any suspicion or threat of unlawful conduct is:

  • reported safely,

  • properly investigated,

  • followed by appropriate consequences,

  • addressed with necessary corrective and preventive measures.
