The box is made from double-sided galvanised steel sheet with a thickness of 0.5 mm and a minimum zinc coating of 275 g/m², ensuring excellent corrosion resistance even during long-term use. The internal insulation is based on closed-cell synthetic rubber, providing excellent acoustic and thermal insulation properties. The sealing rings are made of black EPDM 60 rubber with a hardness of ShA 60° and a density of 1.22 g/cm³.

All materials used comply with REACH and ROHS standards and contain no lead, cadmium, mercury, or brominated compounds.

The RT2RQ-8×90-160 distribution manifold is designed for maximum compatibility with standard duct systems:
